Mimetic bandanas and fake tattoos

In their relentless quest for perfection, Football Dads are not afraid of experimenting with new substances, tricks and antics to increase the quality of their game and fool their opponents. Today the match saw some curious experiments that involved mimetic bandanas and fake tattoos.
Hossam had already worn a bandana in the past a few times, with mixed results on the pitch and at home (including an unhappy wife, not impressed by a look widely associated with Mr.Berlusconi). Today Hossam decided to wear a special mimetic bandana and extended the benefit to his son Adam (see top picture) who played with him in the Bibbed team. Poor Sara was left without a bandana and played with the Unbibbed. If you are wondering whether it had an effect on the game, wait until you read the whole commentary.
Giancarlo also was in the mood for experiments but took a different approach. He opted to sport two large tattoo sleeves in his arms, hoping to scare or distract opponents (see picture). Results were inconclusive. No one really noticed the tattoos, including his teammates and Giancarlo lost the game but his performance showed some improvements, his distance increasing by 32% and his passing accuracy by 43%. Also wags and fans seemed pleased with the new look. The Club is now considering whether to hire a professional tattoo artist to decorate each Dad ahead of the next Master Game (date still to be decided), in the hope that kids can find it disconcerting.
The match was dominated by the Bibs. Some might say they were advantaged by having in the team Yassin and Johannes, the two previous Players of the Year, both devastating today. But the whole team played superbly.
The Unbibbed team, again assembled around an all-italian core, had plenty of talent and energy, and could count on the return of Alessandro in goal. Their play was often brilliant, particularly on the wings, but they were unable to create enough chances. The defence of the Bibs, lead by rock-solid Hannes, was so formidable that the Unbibs scored only twice (with Giacomo) while the Bibs netted the goal nine times.
The game was also graced by two rookies: Cyril from France ?? and Wala from Syria ??, a further testament to the popularity of the club. They were excellent but unable to emulate the performance of Christian who last week on his debut scored three, although two in his own goal.
The Man of the Match Award could have easily gone to Johannes, who scored four goals, or Viktor, who scored a hat-trick. The jury decided instead to award it to the bandana-enhanced Galal brothers: Sara played spectacularly on the right wing, while Adam proved once again to be more talented and mature that Leo Messi was at his age.
